1. Program Eligibility

Afriment programs are open to individuals aged 16 and above who have an interest in learning technology. You must provide accurate information when applying and agree to be respectful within the community.

2. Program Access & Delivery

• Internship Program: After form submission, a ₦5,000 certification fee is required. Program details and access instructions will be sent via email within 48 hours.
• Bootcamp Program: Payment is processed via Selar. Upon payment, you must complete the Selar form immediately to receive the group chat link.

Failure to follow the correct steps may delay or affect access.

3. Group Conduct

You agree to maintain respectful communication within our community groups, group chats, and live sessions. Afriment reserves the right to remove participants who engage in harassment, spam, or disruption without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, project templates, and session recordings are the property of Afriment or its partners. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or resell program content without permission.

5. No Refund Policy

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Internship certification fee (₦5,000)
• Bootcamp registration fees via Selar

We operate affordable, value-driven programs and do not offer refunds for missed sessions, access delays due to user error, or dropouts. Please ensure readiness before committing.

6. Certificate Eligibility

Certificates are awarded to participants who complete the program requirements, including active participation, submission of assigned tasks/projects, and mentorship engagement.

7. Termination

Afriment reserves the right to revoke access for breach of terms, plagiarism, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Afriment will not be liable for any loss of opportunity, income, or damages resulting from the use of our platform or content. Your success depends on your participation, effort, and continuous learning.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our platform implies agreement with any revised Terms.
