When you browse the Afriment Talent Pool, every profile shows a ranking score out of 10. The score comes from Afriment's proprietary achievement and vetting system, and the candidate never reports it themselves. Higher scores mean more verified capability, deeper assessment and a closer match to what global employers expect. You can filter and sort by rank to find the right level of experience for your role.
