From browse to hire in 3 steps
Here is exactly what happens when you hire through Afriment — and why it works.
Browse the Talent Pool
Go to the Talent Pool and search by skill, programme, or availability. Click on any profile to see their portfolio deliverables, project brief summary, mentor notes, and skills. You can do all of this without signing up or paying anything.
Request an Interview
When you find a candidate you like, click 'Request Interview'. This sends a notification to our team. Within 48 hours, we make the introduction via email or WhatsApp — whichever you prefer.
Interview on your terms
The interview is entirely yours to run. We provide guidance on what to look for if you need it, but the process is yours — video call, async task, or live assessment. We're available throughout if anything comes up.
Make an offer
If you want to move forward, make the candidate an offer directly. We help with any onboarding questions and stay available for your first 30 days to make sure the transition goes smoothly.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we interview a candidate?
Once you submit a request, we connect you with the candidate within 48 hours. From there, scheduling the interview is entirely up to you and the candidate — most happen within 3–5 business days.
What skills do Afriment graduates have?
Graduates complete tracks in VA & Customer Support, AI Website Creation, AI Automation, AI Media & Creativity, or Project & Product Management. Every graduate has also completed a real 4-week project brief and holds a verified portfolio.
Is there a fee to browse the Talent Pool?
Browsing the Talent Pool is completely free. You only pay if you choose to enter a Pipeline Partnership — contact us for pricing on that option.
Can we hire multiple graduates?
Absolutely. Many of our partner organisations hire cohorts of 3–10 graduates at a time. For bulk or ongoing hiring, we recommend a Pipeline Partnership to get a dedicated talent stream.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
We offer a replacement guarantee for Pipeline Partnership clients. For ad-hoc hires, we're always happy to introduce you to additional candidates if your first choice isn't the right fit.
Do candidates need any specific software or equipment?
All Afriment graduates are trained in remote work tools — Slack, Notion, Zoom, and relevant track-specific software. Most have their own reliable computers and stable internet connections.
Are graduates open to full-time roles or only part-time?
This varies by candidate. Each Talent Pool card shows the candidate's availability and preference. Filter by 'Available Now' to see who is ready to start immediately.
